from the A23 and off the London road you will arrive at the Brighton pier roundabout. from here head left into marine parade towards the marina. we are at 44 marine parade which is just on the left before the traffic lights which turn onto lower rock gardens. our forecourt is recognisable by an rock water feature at the front of the driveway. be careful, as you will miss us easily.

parking in Brighton can be extremely difficult. we do have ten spaces at the hotel which is on a first come first serve basis. please check at reception on arrival to see if these are available; the cost is £12.50 per evening. if all the parking is taken at the hotel upon your arrival then there is on-street parking with no limited stay around us. it costs approx. £1 per hour between 9am to 6pm and free thoughout the night. like every city this also can be quite competative.
