At high tide you turn fairly close to the lighthouse and then return to the home berth at Brighton where you can relax on board and enjoy the luxurious surroundings and nautical atmosphere. As an alternative from Beachy Head we can continue east arriving at Sovereign Harbour, after passing through the lock and berthing you can enjoy the cosmopolitan Waterfront complex which offers an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and bistro-style cafes with superb views over the marina.
